The Tradeshow & Marketing Senior Specialist role at Ansell, based in Alpharetta, GA, offers a unique opportunity to drive business growth through strategic event management and marketing initiatives. This is a full-time position within the Commercial Americas organization, where you will play an essential role in supporting impactful customer events and sales activities. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and executing major trade shows, managing event budgets and logistics, developing compelling sales collateral, and overseeing the relationship with event agencies. Working closely with marketing and sales teams, you will ensure the consistent delivery of brand messaging across digital and print channels to enhance customer engagement and brand presence.

This role requires a blend of project management, strategic marketing, and creative content development skills. You will lead cross-functional collaboration efforts to maximize visibility at trade shows and customer experiences, identifying new event opportunities and tailoring marketing materials to meet sales objectives. Proficiency in Microsoft applications and Salesforce.com is important, as is the ability to travel to sales and marketing meetings and trade shows up to 15% of the time. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or commensurate experience
  • 2+ years of Marketing or Customer/Channel/Trade Marketing experience
  • Experience in B2B marketing of products within an agency and/or corporate environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications and Salesforce.com
  • Ability to travel: Sales & Marketing meetings/trade shows (15%)

Job Duties

  • Lead the coordination and execution of major trade shows across key business segments in close partnership with marketing and sales teams
  • Manage event budgets, logistics, and content sharing platforms to maximize visibility and engagement
  • Identify and recommend new event opportunities that drive brand presence and customer impact
  • Support sales with tailored content, collateral, and premiums beyond tactical marketing plans
  • Ensure all digital and print materials align with brand standards and messaging, collaborating across marketing and product teams
  • Develop and optimize content for web, email, and customer channels in partnership with the GPMO
  • Oversee creation and distribution of sales tools including premiums, printed materials, and glove rolls
