Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food preparation or cooking
- ability to stand for extended periods
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- prepare fresh tortillas from scratch to meet quality standards
- chop, slice, and mix ingredients needed for menu items
- organize and prep ingredients for use throughout the kitchen
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep area
- follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow
- assist with inventory and restocking as needed
