Job Requirements
- physical demands include standing, climbing, balancing, crouching or kneeling
- ability to occasionally lift or move objects up to 50 pounds
- specific vision skills required including near vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
- must use proper lifting, pushing, and pulling techniques
Job Qualifications
- solid customer service operations skills preferred
- superior guest interaction skills preferred
- previous experience as a runner and/or in restaurants preferred
Job Duties
- replenish the alcohol fridge
- replenish setup stations with utensils, plates, cups, and salt
- restock food stations with labeled items
- clean and dry washed settings
- order more tongs and scissors when running low
- send beer and shot glasses to the dishwasher
- wash water bottle caps
- send water containers and teapots to the dishwasher
- clean and disinfect the station
- replenish placemats
- clean display carts
- clean the fridge with alcohol
- clean the display and runner station
- help carry food to tables
- dispose of leftover food and drink
- carry condiments such as salt, pepper, and sesame oil
- perform additional essential duties as assigned
