This role is based at the Toledo Complex, which includes the Huntington Center and the Glass City Center. The position of Stand Lead plays a critical part in supporting operations across these locations. Reporting to the Concessions Manager or Concessions Supervisor, the Stand Lead is responsible for the full operation of an assigned concession stand. This role includes supervising, training, and directing personnel to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction. The Stand Lead manages vendor activities, coordinates the work assignments within the stand, resolves operational issues with management support, and oversees the setup and closing procedures for the stand. They are tasked with maintaining clean, well-stocked workstations and storerooms while ordering replacement stock as needed.

Accuracy and organization are key attributes for this position as the Stand Lead completes required paperwork accurately and maintains inventory control, including opening and closing inventories, product transfers, and spoilage monitoring. The role also involves ensuring adherence to food preparation guidelines set by Legends Global and regulatory health standards, with a focus on quality appearance and service in the concession location. Flexibility is essential, as the Stand Lead must have knowledge of all concession positions and be willing to fill in as needed. The position requires maintaining a professional, positive attitude and calm demeanor while fostering positive guest interactions. Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • prior experience as a stand attendant or food service worker preferred

Job Duties

  • Report for scheduled work in a timely manner and in complete uniform with a neat appearance
