Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to follow instructions accurately
- physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- food safety knowledge is a plus
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus but not required
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- good communication and teamwork skills
- basic math skills for managing inventory
- reliability and punctuality
Job Duties
- pack to-go orders with 100% accuracy to include all sauces sides and utensils
- ensure customer satisfaction by double-checking orders before they leave the restaurant
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing station
- coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to manage order flow efficiently
- assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- provide friendly and prompt service to guests picking up to-go orders
- follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
