Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • excellent customer service skills
  • ability to follow instructions accurately
  • physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs
  • food safety knowledge is a plus

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus but not required
  • strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • good communication and teamwork skills
  • basic math skills for managing inventory
  • reliability and punctuality

Job Duties

  • pack to-go orders with 100% accuracy to include all sauces sides and utensils
  • ensure customer satisfaction by double-checking orders before they leave the restaurant
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing station
  • coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to manage order flow efficiently
  • assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
  • provide friendly and prompt service to guests picking up to-go orders
  • follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
