Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Greet guests picking up to-go orders and provide friendly, efficient service
- Ensure all to-go orders are accurate and complete before handoff
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the to-go area according to safety standards
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to prioritize and expedite orders
- Handle guest inquiries and recommend menu items knowledgeably
- Manage curbside to-go orders promptly with a positive attitude
- Assist in training new team members on to-go procedures
