Job Requirements

  • minimum age of 18 years
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • reliable transportation to and from work
  • ability to handle physical demands such as standing for long periods
  • preparedness to adhere to health and safety guidelines and company policies
  • basic proficiency with technology for order processing

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous customer service experience is a plus but not required

Job Duties

  • greet and assist guests picking up to-go orders
  • accurately package and prepare orders for pickup
  • ensure orders are delivered on time and meet quality standards
  • maintain extensive menu knowledge to answer guest questions
  • communicate effectively with kitchen and management staff
  • uphold safety and sanitation practices within the restaurant
  • provide friendly, efficient customer service during peak and off-peak hours
