Job Duties
- greet guests picking up to-go orders with a friendly and courteous attitude
- ensure accuracy of all orders before handing them off to guests
- manage curbside pickup efficiently to maintain timely service
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the takeout area
- demonstrate thorough knowledge of the menu to answer guest questions and offer recommendations
- handle guest concerns or special requests with professionalism and care
- follow all safety and sanitation protocols to promote team and guest wellness
