We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused To Go Specialist to join our team. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Basic knowledge of food safety practices
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties

  • Greet guests promptly and courteously when they arrive to pick up orders
  • Prepare and package food orders accurately ensuring all items are included
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the to-go area following health and safety standards
  • Assist guests with menu questions and provide recommendations based on their preferences
  • Verify orders before handing them over to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Process payments efficiently and handle cash or electronic transactions securely
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and readiness of orders
