Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or restaurant environment preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic understanding of food safety
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service to guests picking up to-go orders
- Prepare and package food orders accurately and efficiently
- Ensure all orders are complete and meet quality standards before delivery
- Communicate with kitchen staff and delivery drivers to coordinate timely order fulfillment
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the to-go preparation area
- Handle cash and process payments when necessary
- Assist guests with menu knowledge and recommend items as needed
