We are currently seeking motivated and energetic individuals to join our team as To Go Specialists. This role is integral to our guest experience, focusing on the timely and accurate delivery of takeout orders. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or food service preferred
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Must be able to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
Commitment to safety and sanitation standards
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer service or restaurant environment preferred
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties

Ensure all to-go orders are accurate and prepared on time
Provide excellent customer service to guests picking up orders in-restaurant or curbside
Demonstrate extensive menu knowledge to assist guests and make recommendations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the to-go area
Follow safety and sanitation procedures to protect guests and team members
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to streamline order processing
