Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds
Basic proficiency in English

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Prepare and package to-go orders accurately and efficiently
Greet guests promptly and courteously whether they order inside or use curbside pickup
Maintain extensive menu knowledge to assist guests with their orders and make recommendations
Ensure orders are completed on-time and meet quality standards
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment
Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude
Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to support smooth operations
