Job Duties
- greet guests promptly and courteously when they arrive to pick up to-go orders
- ensure accuracy of all to-go orders by double-checking against order receipts
- prepare and package food items carefully to maintain quality and presentation
- facilitate curbside pickup efficiently by coordinating with guests and team members
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the to-go area
- provide detailed menu knowledge and make recommendations to guests
- work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
