This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills to effectively manage the often fast-paced and fluctuating demands of hospitality operations. The position includes working varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary.

Compensation for this role ranges between $25.00 and $30.00 per hour, offering a competitive wage for skilled culinary professionals. Benefits for part-time employees include a 401(k) savings plan with matching contributions, providing financial benefits alongside professional growth.
