With operations spanning four continents, OVG has firmly established itself as a key player that drives innovation and excellence in the entertainment sector.
The company is currently hiring for the position of Parking Ambassador at their Hilliard Center Parking location in Corpus Christi, Texas. This is a regular part-time role based at 1901 N. Shoreline Boulevard, offering an hourly wage between $14.00 and $15.00. The position will remain open until October 30, 2026, providing a long-term opportunity for those interested in joining a dynamic team.
The role of Parking Ambassador is pivotal to ensuring guests have a smooth and positive parking experience during events. The responsibilities revolve around managing the flow of vehicles into and out of the venue parking lots, processing cashless payments, and validating pre-sold parking passes. Ambassadors are also required to offer clear and polite directions to visitors, guiding them to appropriate parking stalls and through the arena's roadways safely and efficiently.
Aside from vehicle direction and payment processing, the Parking Ambassador conducts routine vehicle inventory counts both before and during events to maintain operational oversight. Exceptional customer service skills are essential, as ambassadors interact with guests and employees, assisting promptly and professionally. The position also involves light maintenance duties such as moving traffic control equipment (cones, barrels, barricades), sweeping the parking area, and removing light litter to maintain the lot’s appearance and safety.
This role requires compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards to ensure the safety of guests, vehicles, and staff. Flexibility is important, as the position demands availability for shifts during weekdays, weekday evenings, weekends, early mornings, and late nights and performing duties outdoors regardless of weather conditions.

Joining Oak View Group as a Parking Ambassador offers not only a role in a leading entertainment company but also access to benefits supporting employee growth and well-being. Part-time employees enjoy access to 401(k) savings plans and matching contributions, supporting long-term financial security. Overall, this role provides a unique opportunity to work in an exciting and fast-paced environment with industry leaders dedicated to delivering exceptional entertainment experiences.
