The company’s extensive portfolio includes ownership and management of seven world-class arenas, stadiums, convention centers, music festivals, and performing arts centers across four continents. Their global reach and high standards have earned them a reputation for quality, innovation, and excellence in live event experiences.
Oak View Group’s commitment to creating outstanding live entertainment experiences is supported by a diverse and dedicated team that values inclusivity, innovation, and community engagement. As part of their ongoing expansion and operational needs, OVG is currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher for the Acrisure Arena location in Palm Desert, California. This position is offered on a regular part-time basis, providing flexibility and competitive compensation, with an hourly wage of $20.00.
The Dishwasher role at Oak View Group is a vital part of the Food & Beverage department, ensuring that all tableware, cooking equipment, and small wares used during events and daily operations are thoroughly washed and sanitized according to the highest safety and cleanliness standards. This role requires individuals who are attentive to detail, attentive to cleanliness and sanitation protocols, and able to maintain a consistent level of performance throughout the shift.

Attention to OSHA and food safety regulations, including mastering the use and understanding of Material Safety Data Sheets (M.S.D.S.), hygiene policies, and industry-standard food handling procedures, is essential. The successful candidate will work closely with other kitchen and service staff to uphold the standards of the venue while cultivating a respectful and cooperative work environment.

The dishwasher must also be willing and able to work during scheduled events, maintain excellent attendance, and demonstrate flexibility to meet operational demands. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to gain experience in a renowned live entertainment setting or build a foundation for a career within the hospitality and food service industry.
