Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including event days
- Must maintain excellent attendance

Job Qualifications
- Experience working in a casual and/or fine dining atmosphere is helpful
- High School diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
- Ability to work in a team-oriented fast-paced event-driven environment
- Ability to communicate with employees co-workers management staff and guests clearly respectfully and enthusiastically
- Possess a valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required by state or federal regulations
Job Duties
- Ensure highest sanitation levels for all used items so they may be used again in clean condition free of contamination risk
- Utilize and implement M.S.D.S. criteria food and product safety and Food and Beverage Policies and Procedures
- Remove all trash and maintain loading and receiving areas in safe and clean condition
- Stock plates glasses pots utensils and pans after cleaning
- Clean and sanitize all food service areas and equipment
