The Dishwasher position at the Acrisure Arena location in Palm Desert, California, plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation standards necessary for successful food and beverage operations. This part-time role offers an hourly wage of $20.00 and includes benefits such as a 401(k) savings plan with matching contributions, even for part-time employees. Successful candidates will be expected to maintain excellent attendance and availability to work scheduled events as needed.

As a Dishwasher, the employee's primary responsibility is to wash and sanitize all tableware, serving materials, cooking equipment, and small wares, ensuring that they are free of contamination before returning to service. This role is critical in supporting food safety and operational efficiency within a fast-paced, event-driven environment. The dishwasher must adhere to strict sanitation and safety standards, including the implementation of Material Safety Data Sheets (M.S.D.S.) criteria and compliance with Food and Beverage Policies and Procedures.

Beyond cleaning duties, the Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of loading and receiving areas and properly stocking cleaned items such as plates, glasses, pots, utensils, and pans. The role demands a team-oriented mindset and effective communication skills to interact respectfully with coworkers, management, and guests, fostering a positive work environment.
