The role of Concessions Bar Back at Moody Center invites part-time team members to be an essential part of this buzzing entertainment ecosystem. This position primarily focuses on supporting bartenders by ensuring that beverage stations are fully stocked and well-maintained during events. The Bar Back is responsible for stocking alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining the cleanliness and operational readiness of the bar equipment, tapping kegs, and replenishing bartenders’ supplies such as napkins, cups, and utensils. Additionally, the Bar Back plays a crucial role in monitoring patrons to recognize any signs of intoxication and promptly notifying bartenders to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.

This role demands reliability and flexibility, as the Bar Back must demonstrate excellent attendance and be available to work various events as scheduled based on business needs. It offers an hourly wage ranging between $12.00 and $17.00, with eligibility for tips, providing a competitive compensation package for part-time employment.
