Job Requirements
- valid food handler's certificate
- valid alcohol service permit
- ability to lift carry and move heavy objects
- ability to perform basic math functions
- ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- experience in a fast-paced bar or concessions environment
- strong communication skills and positive attitude
Job Qualifications
- experience working in a fast-paced high-volume bar or concessions environment preferred
- ability to work effectively in a team-oriented fast-paced event-driven environment
- strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain a positive enthusiastic and cooperative attitude
- must possess a valid food handler's certificate and alcohol service permit
- ability to perform basic math functions including addition subtraction multiplication division and percentages related to product inventory
- ability to lift carry and move heavy objects regularly
- ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays based on event schedules and business needs
Job Duties
- stock and replenish all bar products including alcoholic beverages nonalcoholic beverages ice wells cups napkins utensils stirrers fruit and other supplies
- move kegs in and out of keg coolers tap kegs and assist with beverage setup and breakdown
- support bartenders and concessions staff by running supplies and maintaining efficient bar operations during events
- ensure bar equipment is clean operational and properly set up prior to each event
- maintain cleanliness and organization of bars storage closets and surrounding work areas
- perform sanitation duties including sweeping mopping floors cleaning and stacking floor mats emptying and relining trash cans and removing debris and clutter
- follow all sanitation health and safety standards in work areas
