The company is known for its commitment to excellence, innovation, and creating outstanding live experiences for guests worldwide.
One of the crown jewels managed by Oak View Group is the Bank of Oklahoma Center, commonly known as the BOK Center, located in downtown Tulsa, Oklahoma. The BOK Center serves as the premier sports and entertainment venue for the greater Tulsa region, boasting a 19,199-seat multi-purpose arena and encompassing 565,000 total square feet designed to accommodate a diversified range of events including concerts, family shows, sports games, and special entertainment events. Recognized multiple times as one of the country's best venues, the BOK Center attracts visitors from across the region and beyond for unforgettable live entertainment experiences.
Oak View Group is currently seeking a part-time Bar Supervisor to join the team at the BOK Center. This role is central to delivering excellent guest experiences through effective management and supervision of alcohol service at various bar locations throughout the arena. The Bar Supervisor will oversee operations at portable and premium bar locations, providing leadership and operational support during events. Maintaining a personable and professional demeanor, the successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where adaptability and strong teamwork are essential.
The Bar Supervisor reports directly to the Concessions Bar & Premium Management staff and plays an integral role in supporting the broader OVG leadership team by assisting with training, inventory control, and special event coordination. This role demands strong attendance and flexibility, as the Bar Supervisor must be available to work during scheduled events as business needs dictate.
This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $17.50 and provides part-time employees with valuable benefits such as participation in a 401(k) savings plan, including matching contributions. The Bar Supervisor will have the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a leading live entertainment company known for its innovation, inclusivity, and commitment to creating diverse and exciting event environments.
