This position, based in Eau Claire, WI, functions within the realm of sales and service in the automotive department, specifically handling tires, batteries, and related equipment. Associates in this role will engage directly with customers to fulfill sales and service requests, share knowledge on product specifications and service protocols, and mentor new team members to uphold operational standards. They will become experts in safety procedures, product compliance, and technical operations, including the use of TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems) and Point of Sale systems.

Operators will also be responsible for cash register operations, handling transactions efficiently, and managing special orders and returns. Communication plays a critical role, as associates must report any safety hazards, product issues, or service problems while assisting customers with purchase decisions and resolving inquiries.

The position offers competitive hourly wages ranging from $19.00 to $27.00, along with potential premium pay based on shifts, facility, or specific job tasks. In addition to base pay, employees are eligible for performance-based bonuses and a comprehensive suite of benefits.
