Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- previous experience using the Ticketmaster ticketing system in a box office, venue, or event setting
- prior experience in customer service and or sales, preferably in a ticketing, box office, or live events environment
- demonstrated experience handling and reconciling cash, including accurate calculation of sales transactions and end-of-shift balancing
- ability to communicate professionally and effectively with customers in person and by phone
- ability to provide accurate information regarding event seating, ticketing, parking, and venue directions
- basic computer skills, including the ability to navigate ticketing and point-of-sale systems
- ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules
- ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions in English
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- ticketmaster experience required
- prior sales and customer service experience
- ticketing sales is preferred
- experience handling and reconciling cash
- ability to calculate money with efficiency and accuracy
- strong, professional communication skills
- basic computer knowledge
- ability to work independently, prioritize and meet strict deadlines
Job Duties
- Ticket selling
- will call
- processing promoter requests
- receive and process counter, phone and mail ticket orders using various aspects of the ticketing system
- follow proper cash handling procedures regarding money and ticket reconciliation after every work shift
- provide accurate facility information and exceptional customer service to all customers
- perform other related duties as assigned or requested
