Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience using the Ticketmaster ticketing system in a box office, venue, or event setting
  • prior experience in customer service and or sales, preferably in a ticketing, box office, or live events environment
  • demonstrated experience handling and reconciling cash, including accurate calculation of sales transactions and end-of-shift balancing
  • ability to communicate professionally and effectively with customers in person and by phone
  • ability to provide accurate information regarding event seating, ticketing, parking, and venue directions
  • basic computer skills, including the ability to navigate ticketing and point-of-sale systems
  • ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules
  • ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions in English

Job Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • ticketmaster experience required
  • prior sales and customer service experience
  • ticketing sales is preferred
  • experience handling and reconciling cash
  • ability to calculate money with efficiency and accuracy
  • strong, professional communication skills
  • basic computer knowledge
  • ability to work independently, prioritize and meet strict deadlines

Job Duties

  • Ticket selling
  • will call
  • processing promoter requests
  • receive and process counter, phone and mail ticket orders using various aspects of the ticketing system
  • follow proper cash handling procedures regarding money and ticket reconciliation after every work shift
  • provide accurate facility information and exceptional customer service to all customers
  • perform other related duties as assigned or requested
