With over a century of history as a family-owned enterprise, Delaware North invests deeply in the development of its employees, offering a supportive environment and opportunities for career advancement across various hospitality sectors including sports arenas, national parks, casinos, hotels, and restaurants.

The Cook position at Delaware North Sportservice within Target Field is a crucial role responsible for the preparation of food items that meet strict quality and safety standards. The position has flexible scheduling options, covering days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, which is ideal for individuals seeking seasonal work with varied hours.

Delaware North offers comprehensive benefits to support the well-being of its team members. These benefits include weekly pay, training and development opportunities, employee discounts, and flexible schedules. Eligible employees can also access health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, paid vacation and holidays, parental bonding leave, employee assistance programs, and tuition or professional certification reimbursement.
