This overnight position involves washing dishes, glassware, pots, pans, flatware, and kitchen equipment either using industrial dishwashers or by hand. You will be responsible for maintaining sanitary storage conditions by placing cleaned items in their designated areas and ensuring all kitchen wares are orderly and clean. Ensuring the proper sanitizer levels at dish machines and maintaining a clean work environment including floors, walls, and cooking areas form an integral part of your role. Additional duties include cleaning and sanitizing garbage cans, removing trash from the dish room, and transporting it to the dumpster. This role demands physical stamina as it requires standing and walking for entire shifts, lifting supplies and equipment up to 60 pounds, and frequent reaching, bending, twisting, and squatting. The position also requires the ability to work cooperatively in a team, to follow directions accurately, and availability during night games from 10 pm to 6 am. The job comes with a competitive hourly wage range from $16.00 to $18.00, along with multiple benefits that support both personal and professional well-being. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be available to work overnight shifts from 10 pm to 6 am on night game days
  • Ability to stand and walk for entire shift
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds
  • Ability to perform frequent reaching, twisting, bending, and squatting
  • Ability to push and pull equipment occasionally
  • Ability to handle physical hazards such as cuts, burns, and exposure to chemical agents safely

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to understand and follow directions
  • Capacity to work cooperatively with others
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for entire shift
  • Ability to lift and carry supplies and equipment up to 60 pounds
  • Ability to withstand hot and damp kitchen environments
  • Previous kitchen or dishwashing experience is a plus but not required

Job Duties
