Job Duties
- assist the Store Manager in managing merchandise and inventory
- maintain operational and administrative excellence
- provide training, coaching and professional development for the store team
- ensure compliance with ECCO policies and procedures
- assign goals and motivate employees to maximize their potential
- communicate effectively with management and employees
- act as a brand ambassador by modeling effective selling skills and resolving customer service issues
