Job Duties
- assist the Store Manager in managing merchandise and inventory
- maintain operational and administrative excellence
- provide training, coaching, and professional development for the store team
- ensure compliance with ECCO policies and procedures
- assign goals and motivate employees to maximize potential
- communicate relevant information to management and staff
- resolve customer service issues acting as a brand ambassador
