Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One year of related institutional cooking experience
  • Two years of food service experience
  • Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Must live within commutable distance to the hospital
  • Must be available for on-site work
  • Ability to adhere to food safety and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum one year of related institutional cooking experience
  • At least two years of food service experience
  • Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Produce hot foods including wraps, paninis, sandwiches, pizza, and grab-and-go items
  • Rotate between stations such as soup, salad, and sanitation
  • Ensure food quality and presentation meet standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Assist in inventory management and food preparation as needed
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
