Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to handle cash and perform basic math
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Ability to stand and move for long shifts
Willingness to adhere to company policies and safety protocols
A genuine interest in providing outstanding customer service

Job Qualifications

Previous customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Basic math skills and cash handling experience
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks

Job Duties

Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with ticketing and seating
Operate concession stands and maintain cleanliness of the lobby and auditoriums
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient cinema operation
Handle cash and process transactions accurately
Follow safety and hygiene protocols consistently
Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory
Support management in opening and closing duties as needed
