Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • valid driver’s license for applicable state
  • acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
  • minimum of one year driving experience
  • excellent communication skills
  • quick decision-making ability
  • ability to maintain composure under pressure
  • ability to work well in high-pressure situations
  • strong sense of responsibility and trustworthiness
  • ability to represent the hotel professionally

Job Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • previous hotel or related field experience preferred
  • valid driver’s license
  • acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
  • minimum of one year driving experience
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to evaluate and select among alternatives quickly and accurately
  • ability to work well under pressure
  • ability to maintain composure and objectivity under stress

Job Duties

  • Drive guests to designated locations
  • assist guests with luggage
  • maintain vehicle cleanliness
  • support front desk operations
  • provide concierge assistance including recommendations and information
  • greet and escort guests
  • handle luggage check-in and storage
  • deliver messages, flowers, and packages to guest rooms
  • maintain up-to-date local attraction and transportation information
  • assist housekeeping with guest requests
  • open doors and answer phones as needed
  • conduct house counts and show guest rooms
  • maintain safe driving practices
  • uphold hotel security protocols
  • represent the company with professionalism and good character
