Joining The Stella Hotel as a Host Person positions you at the forefront of the hotel’s dining experience, acting as the guests' first impression and their VIP guide through a seamless culinary journey. This role demands enthusiasm, a welcoming spirit, and extraordinary interpersonal skills as you will be greeting and seating guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction from the moment they arrive until their departure. As a Host, you collaborate closely with servers to maintain attentive and friendly service that meets the hotel's high standards of hospitality. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or relevant hotel/field experience preferred
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills required
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to meet deadlines consistently
- Ability to assimilate and analyze complex information from various sources and adapt as needed
- Competence in understanding financial data and performing basic arithmetic functions
