We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Coffee Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a Coffee Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations of the café within The Stella Hotel, leading Baristas and Shift Leads to ensure guests receive exceptional service from opening to closing. This is a hands-on leadership position where you will actively engage in drink preparation during busy periods, coach and motivate your team to uphold high standards, and manage the overall workflow to maintain a positive and efficient atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include welcoming guests with a warm smile, expertly preparing coffee and specialty drinks, and keeping the café inviting and well-stocked.
In this role, you will also collaborate closely with management to develop creative promotions and scheduling strategies that enhance team morale and drive business success. Your financial acumen will be essential as you track budgets, control costs, and report performance metrics to ensure profitability while maintaining a professional environment. The ideal candidate will bring at least three years of relevant experience in hotel food and beverage management or a related service industry, possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to lead and inspire a diverse team. This role requires a customer-centric attitude, a friendly demeanor, and a genuine enthusiasm for creating a fun and supportive team culture.

Benefits include daily pay options, medical, dental, and vision coverage, disability income protection, life insurance, paid time off, employee assistance programs, and a 401k retirement plan. Joining The Stella Hotel means becoming part of a community that values your contributions and supports your career growth in the hospitality industry.
