Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of management experience in a full-service restaurant, front-of-house preferred
  • Experience overseeing a high volume of around $75,000 per week
  • Catering experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and training skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and ordering systems
  • Ability to perform essential physical tasks, including standing/walking 8-10 hours and lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Flexible availability including evenings and holidays, with one weekend off per month
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage teams and resolve conflicts

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of management experience in a full-service restaurant, front-of-house preferred
  • Strong leadership and training skills with a passion for developing future leaders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and ordering systems
  • Excellent communication skills and a confident, enthusiastic presence
  • Proven ability to manage teams, resolve conflicts, and deliver outstanding guest experiences

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and exceptional guest satisfaction
  • Lead with hospitality, pride, and a commitment to quality
  • Maintain and exceed company standards for food, service, cleanliness, and safety
  • Drive sales and profitability through smart decision-making and cost control
  • Motivate, coach, and develop managers and hourly team members
  • Collaborate with your General Manager and District Manager on projects and initiatives
