Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of management experience in a full-service restaurant, front-of-house preferred
- Experience overseeing a high volume of around $75,000 per week
- Catering experience preferred
- Strong leadership and training skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and ordering systems
- Ability to perform essential physical tasks, including standing/walking 8-10 hours and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Flexible availability including evenings and holidays, with one weekend off per month
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to manage teams and resolve conflicts

Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and exceptional guest satisfaction
- Lead with hospitality, pride, and a commitment to quality
- Maintain and exceed company standards for food, service, cleanliness, and safety
- Drive sales and profitability through smart decision-making and cost control
- Motivate, coach, and develop managers and hourly team members
- Collaborate with your General Manager and District Manager on projects and initiatives
