Job Requirements
- Must be at least legal age to serve alcohol
- food handler's card required
- TIPS certification required
- minimum 2 years bartending experience
- proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- working knowledge of Micros or similar POS system
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly
- must maintain neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance
- reliable and punctual attendance
- ability to work outdoors in varying temperatures
- good communication skills
- proficient in cash handling and POS transactions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years bartending experience
- proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- working knowledge of Micros or similar POS system
- current Food Handler's Card
- TIPS certification
- good verbal and written communication skills
- ability to handle cash transactions quickly and accurately
- proficient in computer and POS usage
- knowledge of food and alcoholic beverage menus

Job Duties
- Taking orders from bar patrons and pool guests
- mixing and creating cocktails according to recipes and standards
- delivering orders to pool guests
- bussing and cleaning pool and dining areas
- stocking all items needed for service and maintaining inventory
- ensuring guest satisfaction by attending to their needs
- maintaining a clean and organized bar
- pouring wine and beer
- circulating poolside offering service
- managing opening and closing procedures
- running supplies between resort locations
- answering phones for cabana inquiries
- updating purchasing director of stock and supplies
- maintaining multiple inventories and lists
- loading and unloading supplies
- deep cleaning and securing operation during off-season
