The role being offered is a supervisory position within the Table Games department. Job Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum three years of leadership experience in Table Games
- Thorough knowledge of Table Games operations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle conflict and resolve problems diplomatically
- Flexible availability to work varied shifts including holidays and weekends
- Mathematical proficiency including basic arithmetic and data interpretation
Job Qualifications
- Associates degree in a related field or minimum three years experience in a comparable Table Games leadership position or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Thorough knowledge of all Table Games and operations
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word and knowledge of Table Games operating systems
- Ability to interact with guests, staff, and colleagues with diplomacy and tact
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Ability to present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, and customers
- Flexibility to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekends
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, rate, ratio, percent, and interpret bar graphs
Job Duties
- Supervising staff and managing daily operations in the Table Games department during assigned shifts
- Providing oversight for all games, game protection, and overall table game operations
- Supporting, administering, and managing operational goals and monitoring achievement of performance and profit objectives
- Adhering to scheduling policies and coordinating schedule concerns with management, emphasizing guest satisfaction
- Assisting in departmental budget processes and reporting budget concerns to management
- Promoting superior customer service in accordance with company standards and addressing customer service issues
- Enforcing games procedures and policies as outlined in company and department manuals, ensuring compliance with internal Controls
- Monitoring chip and cash transactions and ensuring correct payouts
- Managing accountability for gaming equipment including chips, cards, and dice
- Verifying table inventories and managing table limits effectively
- Handling customer concerns and requests diplomatically
- Addressing and managing team member feedback, suggestions, complaints, and grievances to ensure team engagement
- Ensuring overall integrity of daily Table Games operations
- Maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements and reporting potential issues
- Maintaining strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters
