The role of Territory Manager at Royal Cup is integral to the company’s mission to provide exceptional service and grow its client network. Reporting to the Area Manager, the Territory Manager operates primarily as a route sales delivery professional who focuses on servicing and expanding a diverse customer base. This includes business segments such as offices, professional services, fine dining and casual family restaurants, hotels, conference centers, coffee shops, resorts, clubs, healthcare facilities, as well as colleges and universities. The position demands a blend of sales expertise, customer service excellence, and operational efficiency to manage route inventories and ensure timely delivery.
Territory Managers at Royal Cup are expected to master all aspects of route operations including best inventory practices, safe driving, and exemplary customer service. Achieving goals set by management for safety, inventory accuracy, schedule compliance, and promotion execution is a critical component of the job. Candidates in this role must uphold a professional appearance and demeanor, represent the company in all customer and business interactions, and be motivated by success. They work independently while also contributing to a team environment, demonstrating strong work ethic and communication skills.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- A valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Valid DOT medical card or ability to obtain one during the hiring process
- Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player with a strong work ethic
- Professional appearance and demeanor with an outgoing and success-driven personality
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
- Strong communication skills including ability to read write and interpret correspondence
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations including addition subtraction multiplication division
- Flexibility to work some nights and weekends as needed
- Willingness to travel and stay overnight occasionally for meetings training or work-related events
- Ability to successfully complete the pre-employment process
