Proven experience as a Teppanyaki Cook or in a similar role within a restaurant setting
Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and cooking techniques
Ability to perform cooking demonstrations and engage with guests

Job Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes using Teppanyaki techniques in front of guests

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cooking area and kitchen equipment
Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment
Collaborate with kitchen staff to plan and execute menu items effectively
