Teppan Chef

Benihana, a renowned teppanyaki restaurant located at 508 W Germantown Pike, is currently seeking a Kitchen Supervisor/Cook to join their dynamic team. As a Teppan Chef at Benihana, you will be responsible for engaging, entertaining, and interacting with guests to provide a unique dining experience. You will cook and prepare hot meals on hibachi tables directly in front of guests, ensure correct food portions are cooked, and maintain clean and sanitized kitchen areas and hibachi tables. Additionally, you will prepare and set up food for cooking and side orders.
