Job Requirements

  • At least two years experience in customer service
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Must be self-starter and highly organized
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to inspect all property areas including roof and basement
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Frequent physical presence at office
  • Routine travel not required except annual company meeting

Job Qualifications

  • High School degree or equivalent
  • Two or four year college degree preferred
  • At least two years experience in customer service
  • Property management experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with real estate software preferred
  • Excellent phone, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and highly organized
  • Strong work ethic, team-oriented and dependable

Job Duties

  • Administer the tenant work order system, including dispatching work orders and monitoring completion
  • Respond to tenant requests and calls, determine urgency, prepare work orders, and consult with property management
  • Monitor work order completion times and escalate as necessary
  • Coordinate tenant communications including after-hours notifications
  • Log completed work orders and follow up with tenants for satisfaction
  • Assist in creating move-in packages and coordinating tenant relations programs
  • Manage contract administration including preparation, routing, and record keeping
  • Assist in pulling tenant system reports and ensure tenant metrics are met
  • Maintain and update security access database and generate access reports
  • Greet visitors and answer reception phone
  • Provide administrative support including typing correspondence and preparing expense reports
  • Maintain office supplies, filing, and overall office appearance
  • Monitor radio communications and forward important issues
  • Assist IT with troubleshooting related to office equipment
