We are currently seeking a Corporate Receptionist/Office Administrator to join our team for a temporary role from April 6th to 10th and 13th. This position includes two hours of paid training prior to the start date and may lead to additional upcoming opportunities. The shift runs Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, providing a structured and reliable schedule. The Corporate Receptionist/Office Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations by greeting and assisting clients, visitors, candidates, and guests. Job Duties
- Greets clients, visitors, guests and candidates
- Determines the purpose of each persons visit and directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate location
- Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff
- takes messages and schedules appointments
- Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items
- Performs administrative and clerical support tasks
- Performs basic filing and recordkeeping
- Drives a culture of constant improvement, identifying and implementing changes to increase productivity and efficiency of service
- Enforces Sizemore's policies and procedures as needed
- Additional duties assigned, as necessary
