Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in medical or dental reception
- High degree of comfort with electronic medical records systems
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Superior customer service skills
- Willingness to work extended hours including some evenings and weekends
- Proven success handling confidential information
- Comfortable with or ability to quickly learn electronic practice management systems
- Attention to detail and integrity in processing patient payments
- Ability to produce high quality work efficiently in changing environments
- Willingness and ability to work as part of a team
- Demonstrate highest standards of professionalism
- Experience working in multiple provider medical practice preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
- Successful completion of pre-employment background check and drug screen
Job Qualifications

- Manage phone calls professionally and courteously
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently

- Maintain accuracy of patient data in electronic health records
- Process patient payments with attention to detail and integrity
- Handle confidential patient information according to privacy standards
- Provide excellent customer service and support to patients and staff
