The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and must demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal. You will also be expected to carry out a variety of administrative tasks assigned weekly to support the smooth execution of events.

This role will provide excellent exposure to the operational side of event management and is suited for detail-oriented individuals comfortable with multi-tasking and outreach. While prior event experience is preferred, it is not mandatory, making this an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or those looking to transition into event planning.   • Maintain clear and professional communication with stakeholders
