Job Requirements

  • 1+ years in cashier or retail roles
  • luxury retail experience preferred
  • familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong English language proficiency for EU
  • ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, public holidays
  • ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
  • commitment to equity, inclusion, and diversity principles

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years in cashier or retail roles

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout
  • greet customers warmly and create a lasting impression
  • act as an ambassador for the Insider Program
  • promote add-on sales and gift cards
  • maintain accuracy in cash handling, media management, and compliance with all policies
  • process returns, repairs, and damaged goods per company standards
  • complete end-of-shift audits with management
  • keep cashwrap organized and clean
  • monitor equipment and report issues promptly
  • assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence
