Labcorp is currently seeking a dedicated Technologist Trainee to join their team in Dublin, Ohio. This full-time role offers a work schedule of Sunday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., providing a clear work-life balance for prospective employees. The position features a competitive pay range between $23.00 and $35.00 per hour, with compensation dependent on candidate skills, relevant experience, education, certifications, internal equity, and market data.

As a Technologist Trainee, the successful candidate will play an integral part in the clinical laboratory operations, performing complex and routine technical procedures according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Responsibilities include determining specimen acceptability, operating and troubleshooting lab instrumentation, preparing and evaluating reagents or controls, and ensuring timely, accurate reporting of test results.
