The role being offered is that of a Team/Crew Member, reporting directly to the Manager on Duty (MOD). This is a nonexempt position designed for individuals eager to gain experience in a restaurant environment while playing a crucial part in the company's daily operations. The primary responsibility of this position is to perform basic operational duties to provide quality products and services to guests. The Team/Crew Member will be assigned various station duties such as working at the fountain and frozen dessert stations, dresser, front and back swamps, grill, switchboard, expeditor, food preparation, and drive-thru if applicable.

This position emphasizes compliance with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards to ensure consistent quality and service. Duties extend beyond guest interaction and service to include regular cleaning and sanitation tasks, such as trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, dishwashing, wiping counters, sanitizing food preparation areas, cleaning equipment, and emptying used grease. The role demands regular attendance and a strong work ethic to maintain smooth operations throughout shifts that may involve irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Additional tasks include reporting any customer or employee complaints to the Manager on Duty, moving and stocking food products weighing up to 50 pounds, and performing other job-related duties as assigned. This position provides a well-rounded opportunity to develop valuable skills in food service, customer relations, and multitasking within a team-driven environment. The work environment entails continuous physical activity such as standing, bending, reaching, moving, stooping, stretching, and lifting. Team/Crew Members should be prepared for frequent exposure to heat and hot liquids during cooking, cold conditions in freezers, and occasional exposure to extreme weather temperatures.

Job Duties
