Job Description

This dynamic team-oriented position is for a Team/Crew Member at a thriving quick-service restaurant known for its commitment to quality products and exceptional customer service. The Team/Crew Member role is an essential front-line position that supports all areas of restaurant operation including food preparation, customer service, and sanitation. Under the supervision of the Manager on Duty, the person in this role will execute various station duties such as working the fountain and frozen dessert station, managing the front and back swamps, operating the grill, working the switchboard, expediting orders, assisting with food prep, and driving through if applicable. This broad range of responsibilities provides excellent exposure to the workings of a fast food environment and offers many opportunities for skill development and career advancement.

The role is classified as nonexempt, which means it is an hourly position subject to wage and hour laws. The Team/Crew Member will engage in operational tasks that include adhering to company policies, performing routine cleaning duties such as mopping, sweeping, dishwashing, and sanitizing kitchen equipment and surfaces, as well as managing waste disposal. The work environment requires continuous standing, bending, reaching, and lifting activities and includes exposure to various temperature conditions, both hot and cold. This role demands physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently. The working hours are irregular, with shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays, reflecting the nature of the restaurant business. Job Duties

  • Perform station duties fountain and frozen, dresser, front swamp, back swamp, grill, switchboard, expeditor, food prep, and drive-thru if applicable as assigned to meet operational standards
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards
  • Perform regular cleaning and sanitation duties including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes and food preparation tools, wiping counters, sanitizing food preparation areas, cleaning equipment, and emptying used grease pursuant to operational standards
  • Regular attendance
  • Report customer or employee complaints or issues to MOD
  • Move and stock food product weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned or required
