We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated Team Members to join our expanding locations in Southern California. Team Members at Jersey Mike's Subs are responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing fresh subs according to company standards, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and contributing to a positive team atmosphere. The starting pay rate ranges from $21.00 to $22.50 per hour, inclusive of tips, reflecting our commitment to compensating our staff fairly and competitively. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible for a range of benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401K retirement plan, and 48 hours of sick pay, further enhancing the overall value of working with us.

In addition to Team Members, the company is seeking Shift Leaders and Management Candidates with previous experience in quick service or food service. Management candidates should have at least one year of leadership experience, possess strong coaching and mentoring skills, and maintain comprehensive oversight of restaurant operations. Knowledge of sanitation practices and food and labor cost management is a plus.
