Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous fast food experience preferred but not required
  • ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • basic math skills including addition and subtraction
  • ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks as required
  • commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • willingness to learn and grow within the company

Job Duties

  • Execute genuine greetings and farewells
  • take orders
  • operate the cash register
  • collect payments from customers
  • make fast, accurate, and consistent orders
  • comply with all portion sizes, recipes, systems, and procedures
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including all tables, floors, windows, beverage station, and restrooms
  • always maintain a professional appearance in compliance with the dress code
  • display a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments
  • perform other related duties as required
