Job Duties
- Transport hamburger and whopper patties and buns to broiler
- Place sandwich patty and bun on broiler conveyor
- Remove cooked items and place in heated holding unit
- Prepare sandwiches by adding condiments and garnishes per order
- Wrap and label sandwiches for serving
- Monitor and manage cooking oil levels at fry station
- Prepare french fries, onion rings, hash browns in fryer
- Heat dessert pies and sandwiches
- Assemble orders for customers as an expeditor
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and surfaces
- Filter and replace fryer oil
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and order
- Assist with closing duties including dismantling equipment and cleaning hoods
