The Team Member role is vital within our restaurant, encompassing a variety of responsibilities that ensure the highest standards of service and food quality. Whether appointed as the "Grill Guru," "Fry Fanatic," or "Guest Service Specialist," the individual is entrusted with delivering an over-the-top guest experience. This position requires versatility and enthusiasm, as the Team Member will rotate between stations to prepare and serve food, handle guest interactions, and maintain a clean and efficient working environment. The primary goal is to provide hot, fresh, and flavorful food while creating happy guests who look forward to returning. This role offers an engaging work atmosphere where employees can develop valuable skills in food preparation, customer service, teamwork, and multitasking. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous food service experience preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • basic math and reading skills
  • food handler certification preferred

  • adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
